GRAPE: SANGIOVESE, CABERNET
Every year we usually use the best grapes: for this reason the Sangiovese percentage can increase.
After 20-22 days maceration on the skins, the wine achieves its malolactic fermentation laying in steel containers for 12 months.
Subsequently it is transferred in oak barrels for 24 months.
Bottled, it completes its maturation in other 6 months.
It’s very good with game dishes and meat.
