Umbria Grechetto IGT
The maceration of the whole grapes is at controlled temperature, for about 48 hours. The wine ages on noble lees for a minimum period of 10 months, on steel, and then for another 8 months the wine ages in bottles.
The aroma of this wine has an interesting variety of aromatic nuances of almonds, sages, rosemary, juniper (of the habitat in the Mediterranean maquis). A light tannic sensation, with clear sapidity, they show a complete typical sensoriality.
It is a long time ageing wine, to serve at fresh temperature but not very cold, to be combined with tasty dishes of fish, of white meat, and cheese. Best served in large glasses.
