This dessert wine comes from a must of slightly dried grapes. During the various fermentations in a year, it obtains a right level of alcohol without adding any kind of sugar and without adding any kind of caramel (normally used for the most commercial wine for dessert).
This wine matures and improves its organoleptic properties. It stays in wood barrels many years, its color becomes then amber-colored. Its bouquet increases by ageing with leather, chestnut, dried apricot, honey, and licorice.
